Our business, Cites, is based out of 401 Satpura Apartment in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. It’s an apartment building, but we’ve turned our unit into a workspace where we get things done. Being in Kaushambi is handy because it’s right on the edge of things, and we can get around Ghaziabad without too much trouble most days. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks set up in what used to be the living area, and the bedrooms are mostly full of storage and extra equipment now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is here, but we’re used to it. We spend our mornings checking emails and going over the projects we have on the go. There’s no reception area or anything, just a door you knock on. We’ve been here for a bit, so the neighbors in Satpura are used to us coming and going at all hours. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty and loud, but once you’re inside the apartment, it’s a bit quieter. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we’d rather just have good computers and comfortable chairs since we sit in them all day. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local market nearby and just eat at our desks while we talk about whatever needs finishing. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass office, we just want to do our jobs properly.
