Chander Mohan Associates

Our office is at 1 1645 East Rohtas Nagar in Shahdara, Delhi 32. It’s a quiet enough street compared to some of the main roads around here. Chander Mohan Associates has been operating out of this address for quite some time now. The building is a typical local structure, nothing too modern, but it’s home for us. We have a small sign out front so people don't get lost looking for 1645. Inside, it’s pretty much what you’d expect from an associate’s office. Filing cabinets, some old computers, and a few desks that have seen better days. We like the neighborhood because it feels lived-in. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. It makes the work feel a bit more grounded. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone to bring you coffee. Usually, if someone comes by, we just pull up a spare chair and talk. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but people seem to appreciate that we’re just regular folks. Shahdara has changed a lot over the years, but this little corner of East Rohtas Nagar feels pretty much the same as it always has. We’re happy to be here and just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. The floors are a bit creaky and the ceiling fans make a little noise, but it's where we feel most comfortable getting our daily tasks done.
