Chandan Spreash

We've been at 392 Site 1 here in Vikas Puri for some time now. It’s New Delhi 18, so things get pretty busy around here during the day. Most people know the spot because it’s right in the middle of everything. We keep things simple at Chandan Spreash. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for us and the people who drop by. It’s mostly just us doing our daily work and trying to stay organized. Sometimes the parking out front is a bit of a mess, especially when the neighbors are busy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy office decor. It’s just a practical space where we can get things done without too much noise from the main road. If you’re coming from the metro, it’s a short walk, though the summer heat makes it feel longer. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some shops close, others open up, but we’re still here at the same old number 392. It’s a decent area to be in. We know most of the guys working on the street and they know us. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s a local place through and through. We don't have a big staff, so if you call, you're likely talking to one of the same few people who are always here.
