Chandan Dry Cleaners

Chandan Dry Cleaners is over at Nanak Pura, specifically E 22. It is just a small place where we take care of clothes. We have been in this spot for a good bit now. Nanak Pura is a busy area and there is always something going on outside our door. People bring in their stuff, we get it ready, and they come back later to pick it up. It isn't a complicated setup. We just have the machines and the space we need to work. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when a lot of orders come in at once, but we manage to keep things moving. E 22 is easy to find if you are familiar with the streets around here. We don't do much besides the daily cleaning work. It gets hot in here with the steam and everything, especially during the summer months. But that is just how it is. We see the same faces every week. It is nice knowing the people who live nearby. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that because most people just walk in. The building itself is old and has its quirks. We know where every light switch is and which floorboards creak. It is just our little corner. We stay busy from morning until we close up at night. There is always a pile of laundry waiting. It keeps us on our feet and keeps the days from getting boring. We just do the work.
