Our workspace is situated in Guru Ramdas Nagar, over in the Laxmi Nagar part of New Delhi. We are on the first floor of a building in Gali Number 3. The address is actually under Anup Kumar's name. As a branch of Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd, we serve a very crowded and active part of East Delhi. To get to us, you have to walk through the narrow lanes, which are always full of people, cycles, and vendors. It’s a lively place, but once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit more manageable. The office is small and practical. We have our desks, the cash counter, and plenty of files. We don’t have the space for anything extra. Most of our customers are locals who have lived in Laxmi Nagar for years. They come to us for their savings and everyday banking needs. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a neighborhood spot where people feel comfortable. We deal with the usual Delhi heat and the occasional power cut, but we keep things moving. We don’t bother with big ads or fancy talk. We just focus on the accounts and making sure our customers are taken care of. It’s a busy, sometimes hectic place, but it’s our workplace and we’ve been here for a long time now. We just open up every day and do our best to keep things organized.
