Centum Learning A Bharati Company

Our office is on the first floor of F 221 in Katwari Sarai. If you know Delhi, you know Katwari Sarai is a place that’s always moving. It’s a bit of a squeeze getting through the lanes sometimes, but that’s just part of being here. Centum Learning A Bharati Company is right there in the middle of it all. The office isn't very large, but it’s ours. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of papers piled up. It feels like a workspace where people actually do things, not just sit around looking busy. Being a company here, we have things to do, but we keep the atmosphere pretty low-key. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless we really have to. Most days it’s just us working through the tasks. The building itself is old, so the stairs are a bit steep. We’ve had to fix the lights in the hallway a couple of times. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, but it suits what we do. There’s a lot of noise from the street below—honking cars and people shouting—but it becomes background noise after a while. We grab snacks from the vendors downstairs when we’re working late. It’s a basic setup, honest and straightforward. We just show up, do the work, and head home. That’s how we operate every day.
