Centre For Career Development

We are located on the first floor at D 36 in Pamposh Enclave. This part of Greater Kailash 1 is usually pretty busy, but once you get inside the building, it’s a bit more relaxed. The Centre For Career Development is basically just a few rooms where we help people figure out their next steps. It’s not a fancy consulting firm with glass walls. It feels more like a study center or a small library. We have some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of career guides stacked up in the corners. People come by to talk about jobs or training, and we just sit down and go through the options with them. The walk up to the first floor is good for a bit of exercise every day. Being in GK 1 means there are plenty of places to grab a bite nearby, which is nice for our lunch breaks. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the locals in Pamposh Enclave know us as the place where students and job seekers hang out. It’s not always perfectly organized—there are always papers that need filing—but we know where everything is. We don't use much jargon here. We just talk to people like normal human beings. It’s a practical place for people looking to improve their situation. No big speeches, just honest work. The lights sometimes flicker, but we just keep going.
