Our shop is located in Sultanpur at 2210/1 in Khairabad, right near the Bhind Gurudwara. It’s a very easy place to find because everyone knows the Gurudwara. We’ve been here for a good while now. This isn't a massive corporate headquarters. It’s just a local spot where we deal with fire extinguishers and other safety gear. The street outside is usually full of people, especially on days when there are gatherings at the Gurudwara. We like being in this part of town because it feels very connected to the community. Inside, it’s a simple setup. We have some desks and chairs and a lot of equipment waiting to go out for delivery. The winters here in Uttar Pradesh can be quite cold, and the summers are very hot and dusty. We just get on with it. We aren't trying to become the biggest company in the state. We just want to do a solid job for the folks who rely on us. We spend time talking to the other shopkeepers on the block. We share news and look out for each other. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of existence. We don't have a fancy marketing plan or a team of experts. We just open the shutters every morning and see what needs to be done. It’s a way of working that has suited us for years, and we don't plan on changing it.
