We are Catalyst Social Development Consultants Pvt Ltd, located in the Janta Flats in Sarita Vihar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is on the 2nd floor, at M 232 B. It’s not the biggest space you’ll ever see, but it works for what we do. Being in a residential area like this means we see a lot of local life every day, from the milk delivery to people heading to the market. We spend most of our time working on social development projects. It is mostly paperwork and planning. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come over to talk about things. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them, but we don't mind the climb. We’ve been here for some time now. Delhi is always moving fast around us, but inside the office, it’s usually quite focused and calm. We aren't some big corporate firm with a glass lobby and a fancy receptionist. It’s just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of the tasks we have. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially in the evenings, but that's just Sarita Vihar for you. We know the neighbors pretty well. We just try to do honest work and keep the office running smoothly.
