Castrol Bike Zone

Our shop is over at Ka 109 in Karpoori Puram, which is part of Govind Puram in Ghaziabad. If you are looking for us, we are right there among the other local businesses. It’s a typical Ghaziabad street, a bit dusty and always something going on. We spend most of our time with our hands dirty, working on bikes and getting them back on the road. The floor is usually covered in some oil spots and there are tools scattered around on the benches, but we know where everything is. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. We have a small area where people can wait, but most folks just stand around and chat while we look at their machines. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoon, so it gets warm. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and a calendar that’s usually a month behind. It’s a basic operation. We don’t have any fancy software to track things, just a notebook and some pens. My brother helps out on the weekends when the crowd gets bigger. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and we know most of the people who ride by. It’s a simple life, just fixing things and talking to the neighbors. We open early and stay until the sun goes down, usually.
