Our office is over in Malviya Nagar, specifically in the New Delhi 17 area. We have been part of the Capgemini India Pvt Ltd family here for quite a while now. It is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise and energy right outside our windows. The office isn't one of those super modern places with glass walls and expensive furniture everywhere. It is a practical, lived-in space where we get our daily work done. Most of us arrive in the morning after navigating the local traffic or the metro, which can be a real struggle in the summer heat. Once we are inside, it is all about focusing on the tasks at hand. We do not have a lot of fancy perks, but we do have a good group of people who know how to work hard. We usually sit around together for lunch, often sharing food brought from home or ordered from the small shops nearby. It is a very straightforward way of working for us. There are no big corporate speeches here. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The building is older, so sometimes things need a bit of fixing, but it has a lot of character. We like the fact that we are right in the middle of a real, working part of the city. It keeps us grounded and reminds us of why we are here. It is just a normal office for normal people.
