We have been over here at the India Habitat Centre on Lodhi Road in New Delhi for quite some time now. Most people in the area know this spot, so they usually do not have much trouble finding us if they know the local landmarks. The office itself is nothing fancy, just a few rooms with desks and chairs and the usual stacks of paper that seem to accumulate everywhere. We show up every morning, usually dodging the heavy Delhi traffic, and get to work on whatever is sitting on the desk that day. The Habitat Centre is a busy place with people always coming and going for different events, so there is a constant hum of activity right outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit distracting during the busier months, but mostly we just put our heads down and get on with our tasks. We have been here for a while and have a bit of a routine going with our tea breaks and lunch at the usual times. Lodhi Road is actually quite nice because of all the trees, so it feels a bit less hectic than some of the other commercial areas in the city. We do not have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We are just a small group of people working out of this office. The furniture is a bit old and the fans make a clicking sound, but it works for us. We do not spend time making ourselves sound more important than we are.
