Our office is located at J 1 224 in Kalkaji, right here in New Delhi 19. It is tucked away among the residential houses and other small local businesses. Being in this part of Delhi means things are always moving fast and there is always some kind of noise from the street. Caliber Human Resources Pvt Ltd operates from this small space. It is mostly just a practical setup with desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet every person who walks in. It is more informal than that. Usually, whoever is not on the phone will just look up and say hello. The walk from the main road is not too long, but it can be a bit dusty depending on the weather. In the summer, the office gets pretty warm, but we keep the fans going at full speed to stay comfortable. We are not trying to be some massive corporation with complicated rules. We are just local people trying to help others find employment or help companies find their next staff member. Some days are really busy with people coming in and out, and other days it is just us answering emails. It is a simple setup at J 1 224, but it works for what we need to do. We just take things one day at a time here in Kalkaji.
