We have our office set up at 2 38 Krishna Colony in the Chandra Nagar area of Moradabad. Up here in Uttar Pradesh, things have a specific way of working. We handle cable and satellite communication stuff, which is what the Satcom in our name is for. Krishna Colony is a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where the office is. It’s a standard building, nothing too special to look at from the sidewalk. Inside, we have our equipment and a few desks where we manage the accounts and the technical side of things. Moradabad is famous for its brass work, but we went a different way with the cable business. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we spent some money on decent cooling so we don't melt while we're working. We don't have a big corporate handbook or a list of rules for how to talk to people. We just answer the questions people have and try to fix their connection issues. It’s a simple setup and we like keeping it that way. We aren't looking to expand into a giant company; we just want to keep things running smoothly for the folks in Chandra Nagar and the surrounding areas. It’s a good way to stay busy and we’ve been doing it this way for years without much fuss or bother.
