Bvi Hr Practice Pvt Ltd Noida is located in Flat 510 in the Army Flats area of Sector 29. It is a fairly quiet spot in Noida compared to the busy main roads. Most of our daily work involves finding people for jobs or helping companies sort out their staff issues. My partner and I started this some time ago and we have been at it since. We actually have roots back in Allahabad too, over in Govindpur Colony at A 210, which is why that second address is on our paperwork. It gets really busy during the hiring seasons but we try our best to keep things organized. Usually, there is a lot of paperwork on the desks and the phones are ringing quite a bit. We are not a big fancy office with glass walls or expensive paintings. It is more of a functional space where we just get the job done. Sometimes people come in to drop off their resumes or just to ask about what we do. Noida has changed a lot since we first moved into Sector 29, with new buildings popping up every year. We just stick to our routine and help out whoever walks through the door or calls us up. There is no big secret to how we work; we just look at the requirements and try to match them. Most days are long, especially when deadlines for client reports are coming up fast. It is just us doing our thing in this corner of the city.
