Our office is in a building that fits right into the neighborhood. It’s a place with a lot of character, surrounded by old houses and plenty of trees. Inside, the office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and keyboards clicking away. We have different sections for different tasks, but everyone is pretty close to each other. Kolkata has a certain pace, and we definitely feel that here in Hindusthan Park. In the mornings, the streets are relatively quiet until the shops nearby start opening up. We have a lot of books and papers around because of the nature of our work. It’s not a sterile environment; it feels lived-in and busy. During the monsoon, we watch the rain come down on the street while we drink our tea. We have been in this spot for some time, and it has become our second home. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a friendly vibe in the office. We don't use fancy gadgets or have a modern lounge. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. We like the local cafes around here for meetings or just to take a break. It is a very grounded place to work from every day. The tea here is also quite good.
