Our place is at B 73 A in Pandav Nagar, right across from the Mother Dairy Plant. It’s a good landmark, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us. We are part of the team managing the electricity for this area. The office is always a bit dusty from the road, and we’ve got posters and notices taped to the windows. It’s a practical space where we deal with the day-to-day operations of the power supply. We aren't here to give a sales pitch; we just handle the meters, the bills, and the maintenance of the lines. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always something that needs attention. Sometimes it's a transformer that’s overheated, or maybe a cable got damaged during some roadwork. We coordinate with the crews to get things sorted out. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us at our desks, surrounded by files and tools. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s a local operation where we see the same people coming in to pay their bills or ask about a new connection. We just try to keep things running as smoothly as possible without any fuss. Working opposite the dairy plant means we’ve got a constant stream of traffic and people nearby, which keeps the day interesting. We’ve been at B 73 A for a long time, so we’re used to the noise and the pace of Pandav Nagar.
