Broadart Floorings Sharda International School

We are located at 499, Sector 4, in the Urban Estate area of Gurgaon. It’s right near Sharda International School, so we get a lot of the school traffic in the mornings and afternoons. We work with floorings here. Our shop is full of samples—different tiles, wood pieces, and carpets leaning against the walls. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the materials, but that’s normal for this kind of work. We’ve been in Gurgaon since before it became all big buildings and malls. Sector 4 is more of an established, older part of the city. People stop by to look at flooring for their homes or offices. We spend a lot of time talking about what lasts long and what looks decent. We don't have a slick showroom with bright lights. It’s just a practical space where you can see the products for what they are. Sometimes we are out on sites measuring floors, so the shop might be quiet for an hour or two. We just do the job without much fuss. If you need to find us, just look for the school and we are right there. It’s a simple business run by people who know about floors. We like the neighborhood and the regular folks who live around here. We just keep doing what we know and helping people get their floors sorted out without any complicated sales talk.
