Britex Electronics

Britex Electronics is over in Pitampura, at 195-A in the V P Block of Maurya Enclave. It is a bit more of a residential neighborhood compared to the big markets. Our shop is a small place where we handle various electronic repairs and sales. We have a lot of neighbors who stop by when their television or their microwave starts acting up. We aren't a big chain store with uniforms. Usually, we are just wearing whatever is comfortable for a day of work. The shelves at 195-A are mostly full of older parts and new boxes mixed together. Maurya Enclave is a nice area, and we like being part of the community here. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People mostly find out about Britex Electronics by word of mouth. Someone’s neighbor gets a fix, and then they tell someone else. That’s how we have always done it. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with things people have left for us to look at. We try to keep a path clear to the counter, but it doesn't always happen. Working in Pitampura means we see the same faces quite often, which is nice. We just focus on the work on the table and try to get it done by the time the owner comes back. It is a simple way to run a business.
