Bright Consultant is tucked away in Gali Number 1 of West Vinod Nagar. The address is A 21, and it’s a typical narrow Delhi street. You have to watch out for the scooters and the local kids playing when you come down the lane. Our office is just a small room on the ground floor. It’s quite simple, with just a couple of desks and a small cupboard for all the files. We don't have a big team or any fancy signage. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we were. The street is always full of life, with neighbors talking and vendors selling vegetables. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the city. We spend our time helping people with their various documents and forms. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. We don't have a fancy waiting area, so people usually just stand in the doorway or sit on a plastic chair we keep outside. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the names of the people who live in the houses around us. Sometimes we share a cup of tea with the neighbors while we work. It’s not a high-pressure office. We just take things as they come and try to finish the paperwork before the day ends. West Vinod Nagar is a good place to be.
