We are Bpo Pioneers E Serve Pvt Ltd and we operate out of a Dda Flat in Phase 2 of Katwaria. It’s unit 3B. If you know New Delhi, you know these flats are pretty standard. We’ve turned ours into a workspace that fits what we do. There isn't any fancy signage or a big glass entrance. You just come up the stairs and we are there. We’ve been in Katwaria for a long time. It’s a good spot because it’s central to a lot of things. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and a lot of wiring for the internet and phones. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just care about getting the data entry and service work finished. We have a small kettle for tea and a few chairs for when we need a break. The neighborhood is lively and there’s always something happening outside. We just focus on what’s on our screens. It’s a practical way to run a small company. We don’t use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people working out of a flat in Ndelhi, trying to stay on top of our daily goals. It's not a flashy lifestyle but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes in.
