Bonanza Portfolio Ltd

We are based in Qno 1 at the Police Colony near the IIT Gate in Hauz Khas. It’s a well-known spot in New Delhi. The traffic around the IIT Gate is always heavy, so there’s a constant hum of cars outside. Bonanza Portfolio Ltd is just a small office here in the colony. Being in a police colony means it’s a very safe and structured environment. Our office is quite basic. We have some wooden desks and old-fashioned filing cabinets. We don't have a big sign or any fancy decor. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and answering the landline. It’s a lot of routine stuff. Sometimes we see the students from IIT walking by. The office can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but we manage. We aren’t interested in looking like a big multinational company. We are just local people doing a job. We make our own tea and keep the place as clean as we can. It’s a practical workspace for us. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock. That’s how we like to keep it. Simple and straightforward. It’s just a regular day at the office for us, doing the usual portfolio work that needs attention.
