Being up on the 10th floor of Lemont Apartment gives us a bit of a view of Malad East, though it's mostly just other buildings and the busy streets below. Bizzsource Solutions Pvt Ltd operates out of this flat in A Wing. It feels more like a home than a regular cold office building, which is actually quite nice for the staff. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the Pathanwadi traffic, but once you’re up in the lift, it quietens down a lot. We have our setup in the main rooms, with desks shoved against the walls to make space for everyone. Mumbai can get so hot, so we usually have the fans or the AC going full blast from nine to five. The kitchen area is where we all end up for tea or when someone brings snacks from home. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a bit now and we know the local shops around the corner pretty well. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we stand around chatting while we wait. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big signs or glass walls. It is just a hardworking group of people in a flat doing our daily tasks. By the time evening rolls around and the lights in the other buildings come on, we’re usually wrapping things up to head back into the Malad crowds.
