Bistro Hospitality Pvt Ltd is based in K Block, specifically 306, in Mahipal Pur, Delhi. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know it’s always moving. Being so close to the airport means there is a constant stream of people and traffic. Our office is a busy hub where we manage the hospitality side of things. It’s not a quiet place. We have some desks, chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of calendars and charts on the walls to keep track of everything. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a simple door in a busy block. Most of the people working here have been in the hospitality industry for a long time, so we know how to handle the chaos. We aren't into the corporate polish you see in the big hotel chains. We are the ones behind the scenes making sure things actually happen. It gets a bit hot in the summer and the air conditioning struggles sometimes, but we just keep going. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized amidst all the noise. It’s a practical, fast-paced environment where we just focus on the task at hand and try to get through the day without too many hiccups.
