Birlasoft India Pvt Ltd is over at C 410 in the Ila Apartments. This is located in Vasundhara Enclave in Delhi. Working out of an apartment building like Ila Apartments makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed. C 410 is our base of operations. It’s basically a converted residential space, so it has a kitchen area and a few separate rooms that we use as offices. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which we all prefer. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, like kids playing or people talking in the hallways. It keeps us from feeling too isolated. We have our desks set up in the main living area and use the bedrooms for storage and small meetings. It’s not a high-tech looking place, but we have everything we need to stay productive. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door so people know they’re at the right place. We just go about our business and try to stay organized. Sometimes the parking in the enclave is a bit tricky, but we’ve figured out the best spots by now. We aren't a big flashy company with a lot of slogans. We are just a group of people working out of an apartment in Delhi, trying to keep up with our daily goals and stay on top of things as best as we can.
