Working in Pocket B, Dilshad Garden is pretty regular. People come in with questions about their insurance policies every day. We sit at the desks and handle the paperwork as it comes. We show them where to sign and explain the basic stuff. It’s mostly regular office work, coffee breaks, and phone calls. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask for directions to another block. The area around 8B is mostly quiet except for the traffic on the main road nearby. We keep the files organized as much as we can in the metal cabinets. It’s a standard workspace with desks and chairs and computer screens that stay on all day. Most people coming in are just looking to sort out their future plans without too much fuss. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone has a question about a claim, we look it up. No fancy talk, just looking at what the screen says.
