Bhel

Our place is at 8A Type IV in Sector VB of the Bhel township in Ranipur. Hardwar is a unique place to be, and living in the industrial sectors is quite different from being near the ghats. This is a residential area where many of us who are involved with the plant stay. The Type IV houses are decent, but they’ve been around for quite a while. We use this space for some of our administrative work and as a base for our local activities. The sector is full of trees and it’s actually quite peaceful most of the time. You hear the birds in the morning and the sound of cycles passing by. It’s not a corporate office with a glass lift; it’s a home that functions as a work hub. We keep our records here and handle the day-to-day coordination for our specific unit. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble or the electricity cuts out during a storm, but we are used to that. We just fix it and carry on. The neighbors are all colleagues, so work and life tend to blur together here. It’s a very practical way to live and work. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give. We are just a group of people in Ranipur trying to do our part and keep the local operations running smoothly without much fuss. It is a quiet life but we stay very busy.
