My name is Bharti and I operate out of Chander Nagar in Janak Puri. My father is Gurdeep Singh, and we’ve been in this area for a long time. The office is on the second floor of building A 86. It’s not a huge place, just a couple of rooms where we get our work done. Janak Puri is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the window, from street vendors to people rushing to the metro station. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get hectic. I started working here because it was a good way to stay close to home and help the family. We don't have a big corporate setup with receptionists and coffee machines. It’s mostly just me and a few others. We handle whatever comes our way, mostly just paperwork and coordination for local projects. Chander Nagar has a lot of small businesses like ours. We all kind of know each other and say hello in the mornings. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep and creaky, but we don't mind the climb. We keep things pretty simple here. No big posters or flashy lights. Just a small sign on the door so people know they’ve found the right place. It’s a quiet way to earn a living and help out whoever needs our services. We try to be fair and just do a good job without making it complicated.
