Bharti Infotel Ltd

Bharti Infotel Ltd is based at Saitrayee House, number 30/19 in West Patel Nagar. If you’re familiar with New Delhi 20, you’ll know it’s a really busy and crowded neighborhood. Our office is right in the thick of it. The building is older, and it has a bit of character, though the stairs are quite steep. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us working at our desks. We have a lot of files and stacks of paper everywhere, as we haven't quite gone fully digital yet. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road nearby, but you get used to it after a few days. We don’t have any fancy lounge areas or coffee machines. We just have a small kettle in the corner and some plastic chairs for guests. Most of our work involves sitting at the computers and making sure all the accounts and records are correct. It’s not a very exciting environment, but it gets the job done. In the afternoons, it can get a bit stuffy, so we usually open the windows and hope for a breeze. We know most of the shopkeepers around here since we’ve been at this address for quite some time. It’s just a normal, everyday Delhi office where people come to work and do their best with what they have. We just try to get through the week and get home on time.
