Our little spot is over at H No 22 Krishana Colony, tucked away in the Sehat Pur Ext area of Faridabad. It’s more of a residential neighborhood than a big business district, which makes it a bit quieter than the main city parts of Haryana. We like it that way. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or people living just a few streets away. We handle the usual stuff—SIM cards, broadband issues, and billing questions. The office is really just a converted part of the house, so it feels very grounded and basic. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. If you’re looking for us, you just find the house number and walk in. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting for folks who aren't very tech-savvy. It’s honest work. Sometimes we’re out in the heat fixing a wire, and other times we’re just sitting at the desk filing reports. There’s no script we follow; we just talk to people like normal human beings. It gets busy during the start of the month when bills are due, but otherwise, it’s a steady pace. We’ve been here long enough that people just drop by to say hello even if they don’t have a problem. It’s just how we run things in this part of Faridabad. We’re just a few local staff members doing our daily bit.
