You can find us over at Ba 3H Dda Flats in Munirka. It’s a typical New Delhi residential complex, so space is a bit tight and there are always people around. We’ve set up our workspace here to help with all the local phone and internet needs. It’s not a grand office by any means; it’s just a simple room with some computers and a lot of files. Since we’re in the Dda Flats, we mostly see the same faces every week. We handle a lot of complaints about slow speeds or people wanting to upgrade their plans. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no corporate polish here. We talk to people plainly and try to explain things without using too much technical jargon. Delhi summers are brutal, so the fan is always on high. We deal with the usual city problems like power cuts or cables getting snagged during construction. We just fix what we can and keep moving. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two customers come in at once, but we make it work. We’ve been part of the Munirka community for a while now, and we just do our jobs day in and day out. There’s no mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. We’re just here to keep the neighborhood connected as best as we can today.
