We are located at Plot Number 2729 on Hamilton Road, right near the police station at Kashmere Gate. If you know Delhi, you know how hectic this area can be. It’s one of the oldest tool markets, and the noise of horns and people shouting is constant from morning till night. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of hand tools and hardware. It’s a bit dark inside because of how much stock we have to fit in, but we know exactly where everything is hidden. Hamilton Road is famous for this kind of stuff, and we’ve been part of the chaos for decades. We don't have a website that works properly or any flashy advertisements. Most of our customers have been coming to us since the time our fathers ran the place. It’s a very traditional way of doing business—lots of talking, a bit of haggling, and a lot of heavy lifting. The police station nearby is a good landmark for people who get lost in the narrow lanes. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the other shop owners while waiting for deliveries. It’s a tough place to work because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where the trade happens. We just try to have the right tool for whoever walks through the door, no matter how obscure it is.
