Down in Phatak Namak Hauz Quazi, things move fast and it’s always dusty. Snj Tools India is right in the middle of all that chaos at No. 4730/24. We have been here for a long time, surrounded by the smell of metal and grease. Our shop is packed with all sorts of things like wrenches, drills, and bits that people need for their workshops. It’s hard to find things sometimes because the shelves are so full, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. The street outside is narrow and there are always carts moving past. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we don't have a glossy catalog or a big showroom. It’s just a counter and a lot of heavy boxes. We talk to mechanics and small factory owners all day. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but usually, we are busy looking up sizes or checking if we have a specific part in the back. It’s honest work and we like being part of this old market. Dealing with tools is what we know. We don’t use fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is just remembering what we sold last week.
