Our office for Bates India Pvt Ltd is located at 30 Vijay Block in Laxmi Nagar. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi 92, you know how crowded and loud it can get during the day. We are right in the middle of all that hustle. Our space is just a basic set of rooms where we keep our files and computers. It’s definitely not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls or a big lobby. We have a few desks pushed together and some chairs that have seen better days. Most of our time is spent just working through the piles of paperwork we have. We don't really do much in the way of marketing ourselves to the public. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or if they happen to live in the block. The electricity goes out sometimes, and we just wait for it to come back like everyone else on the street. It is a very normal way to run a business in this city. We don't see the need for a lot of polished talk or professional slogans. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get to work on whatever is on the desk. It’s a simple life and we are okay with that. We just do our part and keep the business moving along.
