We are over here at 80 Subhash Khand in Giri Nagar. It’s a busy part of Kalka Ji in New Delhi. Most days start early because the traffic around here gets really bad by nine. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we do our work for Bank Of America. You can hear the rickshaws outside all day and people shouting at the vegetable market down the road. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator. It’s hot in the summer but the AC works okay if we don't leave the door open too long. I’ve been coming here for a while now and I know all the shortcuts through the lanes to get to the main road. The building is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number 80. It’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We sit at our desks and handle whatever comes in. There's a tea stall at the corner that makes decent chai, so we usually grab a cup around four. People walk by all the time looking for directions. It’s a small team here, not like those big glass buildings you see in the movies. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. It gets dusty pretty fast because of the construction nearby, so someone is always cleaning the windows. That's pretty much life at our spot in New Delhi 19.
