You can find us in Block No 21, House No 386 in Trilok Puri. It is a busy, crowded part of Delhi, and things are always moving around here. Balmer Lawrie Co Ltd has been around forever, but this specific spot is just a small hub for us. The streets are narrow, so if you are coming by car, it is a bit of a struggle to find parking. Most of us just walk or take a rickshaw from the main road. The office is a simple room in a house. We have some old wooden furniture and a lot of registers. We deal with some of the local coordination and logistics from this side of town. It gets noisy with all the neighbors and the street vendors passing by, but you eventually stop hearing it. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just take the orders, check the lists, and talk to the drivers who come by. There is a tea shop at the corner that makes the best ginger tea, and that is usually our afternoon highlight. We don't have a website or anything like that for this branch. We just do our work, talk to the people who need us, and try to keep things organized in a very busy neighborhood. It’s a bit cramped, but we get the job done every single day without complaining about the heat or the noise.
