Balaji Studio

We've been here in the Bijwasan Main Market for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, and Balaji Studio is right in the middle of it all. Most days you'll find us behind the counter or checking the cameras. We do a bit of everything when it comes to photos. People come in for passport shots when they're in a hurry or sometimes for bigger family things. The shop isn't fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. We keep the equipment ready and wait for whoever walks through the door. It gets dusty outside with the market traffic, but we keep the inside tidy enough. If you’re walking around the main market area, you’ll probably see our sign. We handle the printing, the lighting, and all that stuff ourselves. Sometimes things get busy on weekends, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to work the gear. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the neighborhood. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but Balaji Studio stays in the same place. There’s always someone needing a photo for a form or a memory. We try to be quick with the orders so people don't have to wait too long. It’s a simple setup. We just focus on the work and making sure the pictures look okay. That’s pretty much us.
