Our office is in the RK Complex at K 17 in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. We’ve been in this complex for a while now. It’s a busy spot near the airport, so there’s always a lot of movement around. We handle pest control, so our back room is full of sprayers, boots, and different supplies we need for the jobs. It smells a bit like chemicals sometimes, but we try to keep it aired out. We spend most of our time out at people’s houses or shops rather than sitting in the office. The office is really just where we coordinate where everyone is going. There’s a big map on the wall with marks on it for the day's route. We have an old desk where the phone sits, and it rings quite a bit in the rainy season. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to deal with the bugs. We don't have a fancy uniform, just sturdy clothes that can get dirty. My brother-in-law handles the scheduling while the rest of us are out in the van. We usually start very early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. By the time we get back in the evening, we're pretty tired and just want to lock up and head home. The parking area downstairs is always crowded, so we have to get there before eight to find a spot for the truck. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it.
