Backend Executive

Out here in Rohini, specifically in A 16 Vijay Vihar Phase II, is where you’ll find our office. We go by Backend Executive, and we’ve been operating in this New Delhi suburb for a while. It’s a bit of a different vibe than the center of the city, maybe a little more relaxed in some ways but still busy enough. We don’t have a massive glass building or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we handle the heavy lifting of office administration. Our days are filled with sorting data, responding to emails, and making sure the numbers add up. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just making sure the wheels keep turning. Some days the internet acts up or the power flickers, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. We’re a small crew, so everyone knows everyone. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together at the desks. It feels more like a family than a corporate office. Vijay Vihar is a decent place to work, with enough local shops around to get what we need. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. It’s just backend work—stuff that needs to be finished so other people can do their jobs. We like the routine of it. We show up in the morning, get through the list, and then head home.
