Ba Continuum Solutions Pvt Ltd operates out of J 1 308 Dda Flats in Kalkaji. This is New Delhi 19. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. We have a modest number of people working here. The space is filled with desks and a lot of cables running everywhere for the computers. Kalkaji is a really active neighborhood with the market nearby, so there’s always something happening outside. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls. It’s just white paint and some calendars. We spend our time managing data and doing back-office tasks. It’s not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it’s what we do. We usually get our lunch from the local shops around the flats. The food is good and cheap. We don't have any big mission or anything to promote. We just show up on time, do the work that’s assigned to us, and go home when the clock strikes five. It’s a stable place to work. We like the fact that it’s not too formal. You can just be yourself here. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with our folders and files. Living and working in the same general area makes the commute much easier for most of us.
