B S Promoters

B S Promoters is located in Harsh Vihar, specifically at A 1 313, Gali No 10. Delhi 93 is a busy area, and Gali No 10 is no exception. It’s one of those narrow streets where everyone knows each other. Our office is a small room where we handle all our paperwork and meet folks who are looking for help with property or development. It is not a corporate setup at all. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a wooden desk that has been with us since we started. Most of our time is spent talking to people from the neighborhood. We hear about what is happening on the next street or who is looking to move. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t use any fancy software or big presentations. Usually, it is just a map or a handwritten note. The traffic outside can be a bit much, especially in the evenings, but that’s just Delhi for you. We keep the door open to let some air in, though it brings in the dust too. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to be the people that others in Harsh Vihar can come to when they need something sorted out. It’s a simple life, and the work keeps us busy enough from morning until night, every day. It is just how we do things in this part of town.
