We are located in Pitam Pura at C 622 in Saraswati Vihar. It’s a well-known part of North Delhi. Our office is a busy little place. We handle a lot of different tasks that fall under the B P O category. It’s mostly computer work and taking calls. We have a few rows of desks set up. It’s not a huge operation, but we stay busy from morning until evening. The neighborhood is nice because everything you need is close by. We often go out for a quick snack at the local stalls. The office itself is pretty plain. We have white walls and basic lighting. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want a functional place to get our work done. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a local feel. We talk about the news and what’s happening in the area while we work. It’s a steady environment. We don't have big corporate meetings or anything. We just talk across the room if something needs to be fixed. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We just do our best to stay organized and finish our lists for the day. We’ve been here for a while and we like being part of the Saraswati Vihar community. It is a simple setup, but it works for us.
