B K Cutpiece Store is located right in the Alpha I Commercial Belt, at shop 308. We’ve been here for a bit, selling fabric scraps and longer pieces to whoever walks in. It’s a small shop but we pack a lot into it. Usually, it's just us moving rolls around or helping someone find a specific color that matches what they have at home. The commercial belt stays pretty active, so there’s always people coming and going. We don’t really do big advertising or anything. Most folks just stumble upon us or hear from a neighbor that we have good scraps for sewing. Buying fabric can be a bit of a mess sometimes with all the dust and different textures, but we like it. The shelves are usually pretty full. We try to keep things organized but it doesn't always stay that way when it's a busy Tuesday afternoon. People come to us for all sorts of projects, from fixing a shirt to making curtains. We just provide the materials they need. It's a simple business. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait to see who needs what. Being at Alpha I Commercial Belt 308 means we're easy to find if you're already doing your shopping. We're just a regular local shop trying to help people finish their sewing projects without spending too much. It's a quiet life among the fabrics and threads.
