B B Graphic Printer is located over in the Okhla Industrial Estate, specifically at E 49 8 on the first floor of Phase II. If you’ve ever walked around Okhla, you know it’s full of factories and workshops, and we fit right in. Our space is mostly taken up by the printing machines, which are loud and take up a lot of room. There’s always the scent of fresh ink and the sound of paper being fed through the rollers. It’s a busy place, especially when we have a big run of posters or flyers to get out. The walls have some old samples of things we’ve printed over the years, mostly just to see how the colors turned out. We spend our time checking alignments and making sure the ink levels are right so nothing looks blurry. It’s a very hands-on job, and you usually end up with a bit of ink on your shirt by the end of the shift. We have a small area near the window where we do the cutting and binding. The light is better there. Being in an industrial area means it’s not exactly quiet, but we like the energy of everyone else working nearby. We aren’t a giant commercial press; we’re just a local shop that knows how to handle a printer. We take the files, set the plates, and watch the machines do their work while we keep an eye on things.
