Axis Credit Cards

Axis Credit Cards is situated on the 2nd Floor at Ef 18 in New Delhi. It’s a busy office because, as you can imagine, credit card stuff keeps everyone on their toes. Being in Delhi, there is always a lot of energy and noise, even up here on the second floor. We have a bunch of desks lined up and the phones are usually ringing throughout the day. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We help people figure out their accounts and deal with the paperwork that comes with financial things. Ef 18 is a solid building, and we’ve gotten to know the other people working on our floor. We aren't some giant corporate headquarters; we are just one of the branches where the actual daily work happens. We drink way too much coffee and sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most. That’s just life in a real office. The team at Axis Credit Cards is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few photos of our families. It’s a practical space for practical work. We try to be helpful when people call in with questions. New Delhi is a big city, but we try to make our little corner of it feel manageable.
