Aviva Life Insurance

Our office is in the RK Complex, specifically at K 17 in Mahipalpur. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, especially with the airport being so close by. You can often hear the planes overhead while we’re sitting at our desks working on Aviva Life Insurance files. The RK Complex is a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before, but we are tucked away in a corner that stays relatively quiet. We have a few computers that have seen better days, but they still work well enough for what we need. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or responding to messages. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when we get hungry in the middle of the afternoon. The office is a bit cluttered with stacks of paper and old folders, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any fancy artwork on the walls, just some charts and a clock that’s five minutes fast. People come to us when they need to sort out their future, and we just try to be helpful. We don't use big words or try to sell things people don't need. It’s just about getting the paperwork done right. Mahipalpur is a fast-paced area, but inside K 17, we try to keep things steady and organized. It’s just a regular office doing regular work for regular people.
