Aviva Life Insurance

Our office for Aviva Life Insurance is on the second floor of Wz 57 2Ndfloor Nariana. If you know the Nariana area in Delhi, you know it gets quite crowded and loud. We are right in the thick of it. Getting up to the second floor is a bit of a climb, but it’s a good spot once you’re inside. The office isn't very large, but we’ve got enough space for the computers and all the policy files we have to keep. Delhi 28 is a busy postal code, and we see a lot of foot traffic nearby. We usually start the day early before the heat really kicks in. The walls are a bit bare, maybe a calendar or two, because we don't care much for decorating. We are mostly focused on the digital side of things now, but there is still plenty of physical mail to deal with. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. It’s just part of life here. We talk to people all day long on the phone. They want to make sure their insurance is sorted, and we do our best to help them without making it complicated. It is a very standard office setup. No bells or whistles, just us working through the stacks of paper. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name.
