Gomti Nagar is a pretty big area, and our spot in Vishwas Khand is fairly easy to get to once you know the turns. The office itself is quite basic. We have the usual setup with some tables, chairs, and old cupboards for all the insurance files. It feels like a regular neighborhood office because that is exactly what it is. We don't have any big marketing displays or anything like that. People just come here when they need to talk about their policies or hand in some forms. We spend a lot of our day just making sure the paperwork matches up. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors and other days it is just us and the sound of the ceiling fan. Lucknow can get really hot, so we are glad to be inside during the afternoons. There is nothing too special about how we work. We just show up, do the entries, and talk to whoever walks through the door. It is a quiet street for the most part, which helps us stay focused on the details.
