Avadh Behari Rohtagi

Down in Greater Kailash I, specifically around N 217, is where you’ll find the office for Avadh Behari Rohtagi. This part of South Delhi is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character compared to the newer stuff popping up nearby. We don’t go for the high-end polished look you see in some other offices around here. It’s more about the desks, the chairs, and the piles of folders that seem to grow every week. Working out of GK I means there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack, but it also means parking is a total nightmare most days. We usually just walk if we can help it. The space inside is quiet enough for us to focus, though you can hear the street noise if the window is open. It’s just a small team of us here, doing the day-to-day tasks that keep a business like this running. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood, from the morning rush to the evening quiet. It’s a practical place to work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with anything unnecessary. We just show up, do the work, and deal with the challenges as they come. It's a very grounded way to operate in a busy city like New Delhi. We spend most of our time just getting through the to-do list.
