Our office is located in West Vinod Nagar, which is in the north part of Delhi. We are at House Number A 288, up on the third floor. You have to come down Gali Number 5 to find the entrance. The company name is Assotech Realty Pvt Ltd. Being on the third floor means climbing a lot of stairs, but it gives us a bit of a view of the street below. It is a lively area. There is always someone shouting or a bike zooming past the window. Inside, it is just a regular office. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly paperwork and talking to people about local buildings. It is not a fancy showroom. We just have some tables and a few computers. The address is just what it is. We have been in this spot for a while now. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We do not really use big marketing terms. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are. It is a lot of talking and checking documents. The office can get a bit messy with all the maps and site plans lying around. We try to keep it organized, but when it is busy, that is hard to do. We are just local people working in the realty business here.
